You must not misuse the Services, including by posting unlawful content, malware, scraping without consent, bypassing security, or reverse engineering except where the law allows it. All Platform content and marks remain our property or that of our licensors; you receive a limited, revocable license to use them as offered.

5. Disclaimers and liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, the Services are provided as is without warranties of any kind. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and, where allowed, cap total liability at the greater of €100 or the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer protections.
